Premium Membership Subscription
The BOB Premium Membership costs $13.99 per month. Your first payment is charged immediately when you subscribe, and your membership benefits become active after successful payment.
The membership automatically renews each month at $13.99 using the payment method provided at signup unless the membership is cancelled before the next billing date.
Premium benefits may include discounts on eligible product categories. Current monthly usage limits include up to 18 discounted product units in total, including up to 8 Vape units and up to 5 Disposable units. These limits apply only to Premium discounts and do not prevent members from purchasing additional products at the regular applicable price.
Premium discounts are applied only to eligible products and may vary by category. Membership benefits, eligible categories, and discount percentages may be updated from time to time.
To cancel a Premium Membership, the member must contact BOB Smoke Shop and request cancellation. Once the recurring subscription is cancelled, future recurring charges will stop and Premium membership benefits will be deactivated.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically refund or void any payment that has already been processed. Refunds or payment reversals, when applicable, are handled separately in accordance with our refund policies and applicable payment processing rules.
